The old, head-trained vines grow in rocky river-cobble soils, producing a Cabernet with remarkable concentration while maintaining the energy and savory character that define Happy Canyon.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBright red and black fruit lead into layers of crushed rock, mint, tobacco, white pepper and turned earth.
