  • 2018 Scar of the Sea Sauvignon Blanc Cofermented Cider (half-bottle)

This cider comes from Newtown Pippin apples grown at Bear Valley Ranch. The cider is barrel fermented with native yeast and no additions. It is then aged for 12 months and then refermented with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Olivers Vineyard in the Edna Valley. Right before bottling, they added fresh Kafir lime leaves from some extra aromatics.

Expect an insanely refreshing and crisp cider – we just had to have it! The lime leaves leave a little bitter kick at the end that keeps you coming back for more.

  • 2017 Young Inglewood VENN Skin Contact Sauvignon Blanc

The palate keeps you coming back for more – this ain’t your average skin contact wine! Sustainable farming practices, native yeasts, and only 68 cases produced.

Skin-contact / orange wines fall all over the flavor profile spectrum. Their color and grippy texture depends on how long the juice stays in contact with the skins.
