2020 Cargaux Syrah
This organic, cool-climate Syrah was handmade by Chase Carhartt in conjunction with Nathalia and Hannes Storm (of Storm Wines) in the heart of South Africa’s Western Cape. The wine is supple, medium bodied, and best enjoyed with a slight chill. Drink now or lay down for the next 5-10 years.
An Argaux exclusive – you won’t find this wine anywhere else! Only 100 cases produced.

2017 Peay Vineyards ‘Les Titans’ Sonoma Coast Syrah (half-bottle)
Cold climate Syrah – like Peay Syrah – is really something that pairs well with food. It is fruit-driven and muscular, however, its refreshing acidity and brightness gives the wine grace and elegance.
Certified organic farming practices, woman-winemaker, and less than 300 cases produced.
-
2017 Storm Edna Valley ‘Slide Hill Vineyard’ Syrah
This tasty Syrah’s palate is rich, ripe, and finishes dry with very smooth tannins and nice acidity. Biodynamic farming practices, no fining or filtering, only 125 cases produced.
The rolling hills of Slide Hill are situated 7 miles from the Pacific Ocean, where cool temperatures ensure a long growing season.

2017 Bernard Burgaud Cote-Rotie Syrah (half-bottle)
A deeply colored, rich Syrah from the most northern appellation in the Rhone Valley. The palate is full of sappy black fruit, olives, and sweet baking spice on the finish. The tannins are soft and the wine does well with a 30 minute decant before consuming.
Lovely half bottle for quiet night with a steak or a burger.
