  • 2021 Raventos i Conca Del Riu Anoia Blanc de Blancs

There’s a long story behind the fact that one of the very best Cava producers doesn’t label their wine “Cava.” And why this wine, known for years as “l’Hereau” is now “Blanc de Blancs.” Don’t worry about it. The wine here is stunning, salty and pure and very long and refreshing and while distinctly “Cava,” very much grower-Champagne quality.

Organic/Biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, dry-farmed, and native yeast fermentation.

  • 2021 Anza Diego Magaña Rioja

This Tempranillo-dominant wine is made with a touch of Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo, Viura, and Malvasía Riojana. It’s produced from 50+ year old bush vines and is aged for 12 months in neutral barrel. This is a very elegant example of a high quality Rioja! Sustainable farming practices and only 21,200 bottles produced.

Winemaker Diego Magaña has been quoted saying that “this is probably my favorite of all the vintages I’ve made in Rioja so far.” We’d jump on it!
