The Taurino family has been growing grapes and making wines in Puglia for seven generations, but it was Francesco Taurino who started the family business after World War II to supply Italy and Europe with authentic Apulian wines. Later, his son Cosimo focused on expanding their reach and began exporting to the states. “Notare Panaro” is the name of the original farm on which the Taurino family began making wine.
This wine is spicy and peppery on the nose. The palate has more fruit than the nose. Strawberry and cherry on the palate with an herbal tea element on the finish.
