Domaine Roland Lavantureux is a family-run estate in Lignorelles, just northwest of Chablis, now helmed by brothers Arnaud and David Lavantureux, the second generation to carry on their father Roland’s legacy. Known for crafting precise, expressive wines that capture the soul of Chablis, the domaine farms organcially, with a deep respect for the land and a focus on soil health and vine balance. In the cellar, their approach is one of minimal intervention: native yeasts, controlled use of oak, and careful aging that emphasizes purity over power.
