The 2024 Domaine Michel Barraud Bourgogne Rouge is a light and perfumed red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. Unlike traditional reds aged in heavy oak, this bottle is designed around purity and maximum fruit retention. Bracingly crisp, it features high acidity and very soft, gentle tannins, giving it a light-bodied, almost crunchy texture on the palate.
Best served with a slight chill (around 55°F) to emphasize its refreshing, lively fruit.
Certified sustainable; Ambient yeast fermentation; Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
