This box includes two wines made by Christopher Ferrandis of Clos Signadore. Christopher handcrafts these boutique wines from organically-farmed vineyards on the small island of Corsica.

2019 Clos Signadore ‘A Mandria’ Patrimonio Rosé

Grapes: 45% Vermentino, 45% Sciaccarello and 10% Nielluccio

This wine is dry and light-bodied with aromas of dried lavender and citrus fruit. On the palate, there are flavors of sweet cherry, wild fresh strawberries, blood orange, and allspice. It has a long and savory finish!

Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and less than 500 cases produced. 

Enjoy with some Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe and the people you love the most on a hot summer day!

2018 Clos Signadore ‘A Mandria’ Patrimonio Rouge

Grapes: 100% Nielluccio, Corsica’s name for Sangiovese.

Medium-bodied with aromas of crunchy red cherry, fig, eucalyptus and fresh herbs. The palate has a lot going on! In addition to the aromas on the nose, the palate has a distinct touch of dried roses and tobacco. Vibrant acidity and round tannins balance this wine out to create a long and lingering finish.

Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, and only 1,250 cases produced.

Pair with short rib ragu, pizza or TOMATES FARÇIES ‘À LA PROVENÇALE’.
