2020 Cherrier Frères Sancerre Blanc

2020 Cargaux Pinot Noir
This cool-climate Pinot Noir was handmade by Chase Carhartt in conjunction with Nathalia and Hannes Storm (of Storm Wines) in the heart of South Africa’s Western Cape.
Pale and ruby-colored, this Pinot Noir opens up with a nose of rose petal, pomegranate, crushed stone, and herbal tea. The palate shows flavors of red tea, candied fruit, elderberry, fresh plum, orange peel, and a hint of clove. This Pinot’s mouth-watering acidity and light, integrated tannin structure makes for a beautiful, lingering finish.

2016 Chateau des Antonins Bordeaux Rouge
45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 53% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. This medium-bodied wine has aromas of black currants, plums, violets, and wet gravel. On the palate, the black currant is prominent followed by flavors of brambleberry, cedar, tobacco, bay leaf and smoke. It has integrated tannins and a long, textured finish. This wine is a classic representation of Bordeaux: Subtle, seamless, and elegant.

2020 Ottomani Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This olive oil is from Impruneta & Greve in Chianti, an area just 9 miles south of Florence and traditionally known as the best region for Tuscan olive oil production.
It is a blend of 40% Moraiolo, 40% Frantoio, 15% Leccino, 5% Coreggiolo; all native Tuscan varieties. The olives are hand-harvested in small baskets and pressed off within 12 hours of being picked. Cold extraction is used and extremely minimal oxygen is introduced to preserve its aromatics and concentration of flavor.
