Our Costa Mesa venue has a max capacity of 60 guests.

Argaux doesn’t provide food directly, but we have catering and culinary partners that we work with at nearly every event and can offer customized menus. You are also welcome to provide your own food as well – we are happy to work with your vendor of choice.

Our venue rentals include everything that’s in our venue space – the bar, tables, chairs for up to 30 people, etc. We’re also able to coordinate rentals for additional items as required.

Our events are highly customized and pricing varies depending on many factors. However, here are our minimum rates for different types of events we can run:

• Virtual events start at $1250 + cost of wine
• Offsite events start at $2,500 minimum + cost of wine
• Venue rentals (at Argaux) start at $3,500 minimum + cost of wine

We can arrange a variety of additional services or features for your event! These include additional sommelier services, a custom food menu or catering; a custom wine selection (outside of our standard packages), and more.

Absolutely! Our team is full of creativity and event expertise, and we’d love to help. If you’d like a sommelier-led experience there’s a wide range of themes to consider, such as a blind wine tasting, Old World vs New World, wines of (Italy/France/California), and more.

If you’re looking for something a little different, try a “dueling wine bars” event or a Wine Blending Workshop. We do custom events and themes all the time –check out our event's page to learn more.

Yes, we do require creating at least an email and password before processing your first order. This is to ensure we are able to reach you! Members can also track their order history to remember wines they love, save payment info for faster checkout, and receive special offers and promotions that are not posted to the site.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes. If you're sending wine gifts to multiple recipients, our corporate gifting program makes the process simple. Visit our Corporate Wine Gifting page to learn more about multi-recipient orders, personalization, and nationwide fulfillment, or contact our team for assistance.

If your order is over $250, shipping will be included for you. However, if you are shipping to multiple locations or if you need expedited shipping to arrive by a certain time, this will be an additional fee based on bottle count, weight and delivery date.

Yes, we will make sure of it. Please use the ‘multi-ship’ feature at checkout that indicates on our end that you need the same wines for everyone. Or, if you’re placing individual orders, you can include the original order # in the ‘notes’ section at checkout indicating you would like “all of these orders to have the same wines.”

Time in transit is dependent on your location. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information.

For reference:

1. East coast and most Mid-west – approximately 5-7 business days via ground shipping.
2. TX and IL – Approximately 2 weeks via ground shipping, these states have a holding period of approximately 5-7 business days due to state regulations on alcoholic packages.
3. West coast – approximately 3-5 business days via ground shipping.

Yes, there are always options for expedited shipping with an increased fee that will populate for you on the ‘Checkout’ page. If this option is not calculating for you, please let us know at logistics@argaux.com and we can provide a quote for you.

NO SHIP STATES: Due to laws restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently can not ship wine to Utah, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.

No, we cannot ship to a P.O. box at this time.

By law, a person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will generally attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like us to re-ship the package, once returned to our warehouse, there will be a secondary shipping fee.

Most shipping services will allow for changing the shipping address, if the package is travelling within the same state. Please contact your shipping service directly for further information. You will need to provide your tracking number (sent once the package ships) to change this.

No, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at logistics@argaux.com to coordinate your future shipment.

During the summer months, if temperatures are extreme, we do have the capability to ship via temperature-controlled through our shipping carriers. We will handle taking care of this automatically! If you have additional concerns about heat or frost damage, but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please reach out to logistics@argaux.com for further details.

We cannot guarantee Ground shipments ordered after December 12th to be delivered before Christmas. States closer to CA will likely still receive orders placed up to the 16-19th before Christmas Day, though this is not guaranteed. Please refer to the above question on package arrival for estimated times during the standard season. Generally, during the holidays shipping carriers estimate an added 1-2 weeks delay on packages depending on your location. If you have specific questions regarding shipping by the holiday, please contact logistics@argaux.com

Online orders placed on December 23rd-26th will be shipped on the 27th.

Yes, absolutely. You can change your credit card information directly from your Argaux account. Please head to the website and click to login. Once logged in, head to ‘Your Account’ and then the ‘Payments’ section.

Yes, under certain circumstances we are happy to accommodate. Please reach out to us at info@argaux.com to discuss a return for a gift that you did not order.

If a refund is eligible, they will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Argaux is legally obligated to collect sales tax on all orders, based on the origin in which the order was placed. Online orders will be charged sales tax based on the state tax stipulations of the shipping address used for the order. Orders placed for in-store pickup will be charged California sales tax.

Our wines are carefully selected from small, passionate winemakers, all over the world with a focus on responsible farming and minimal intervention wines. ​​Each wine has been taste-tested and personally vetted by our team.
