Our experiences are designed for a wide range of gatherings, including corporate events, executive dinners, team-building activities, client appreciation events, private celebrations, milestone birthdays, fundraisers, and intimate dinner parties. Every experience is customized to fit your occasion and guests.
Yes. Our certified sommeliers can host experiences at private homes, offices, restaurants, event venues, and select destinations. We work with clients nationwide and can discuss travel requirements based on your event location.
Absolutely. No two groups are the same. We tailor each experience based on your goals, guest count, wine preferences, occasion, and desired level of education or interaction.
Wine selections can be sourced and curated by our team as part of your experience. We will discuss your preferences and budget and recommend wines that best fit your event.
We host experiences for both intimate gatherings and large groups. Whether you're planning a private dinner for eight guests or a company event for hundreds, we'll design an experience that works for your group size and setting.
Experiences may include guided tastings, blind tastings, regional wine explorations, food and wine pairings, interactive workshops, team-building experiences, and fully custom concepts designed around your event.
Experiences typically begin at $1,000 for up to two hours, excluding wine, travel, and optional materials. Pricing varies based on group size, location, format, and customization. We provide personalized proposals tailored to your event.
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your event for most corporate experiences. For larger buyouts and offsite events, 6+ weeks gives us the best window to do the curation properly. That said, we’re happy to talk through last-minute requests — just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
