2019 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Les Champeaux’ Premier Cru
This wine is for a Pinot Noir oenophile.
The ‘Les Champeaux’ premier cru vineyard was planted in 1987 on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin. It’s located high up on the slope with south-east facing exposure which allows for slow and steady ripening. The result is a wine with great purity, structure and incredibly silky tannins.
Biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and only 75 cases produced.

This is a team favorite that we had to bring back for the launch of club. It’s bright, fresh, citrus-driven and our gaux-to pairing with sushi or Thai pairing!

2019 Giuseppe Cortese Rabajà Barbaresco DOCG
This family-owned winery is know for producing exquisitely balanced wines from the Barbaresco zone and the ‘Rabaja’ vineyard is known for their chewy, textured, and red fruit flavored Nebbiolo. This wine is Italian through and through. Pizza, pasta, truffles, salami, and all things Italian, this wine is a safe bet!
Organic farming practices, unfiltered, aged for 22 months in Slavonian oak barrels and only 1,400 cases produced annually.

2020 Les Athlètes du Vin Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
You really can’t go wrong with this wine. It’s a no-brainer for Sauvignon Blanc lovers. The bright citrus fruits have length without any bitter finish. Think of it as Sancerres more affordable little sister.

This Sauvy B is incredibly refreshing. It has bright citrus fruit and florals, but finishes off with a saltiness that gives it that touch of ocean sea breeze that reminds you it’s from the Western Cape.

The fruit for this Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from dry-farmed vineyards on the Western Cape of South Africa. This is a crowd-pleasing, gaux-to party wine. It’s bright, fruit-forward, and the perfect addition to any backyard BBQ.

2018 Domaine Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin ‘Mes Favorites’
The most striking thing about this Pinot Noir is how smooth and soft the palate is. This is a very approachable burgundy. It’s ready to drink now, but will continue to age beautifully over the next 10 years.

2018 Domaine Alain Burguet Vosne Romanée
Petit Echezeaux! This Vosne vineyard site sits just above the Echezeaux Grand Cru.
This wine has medium-plus acidity and a tannic structure that will benefit from a few years of aging. 18 months in used barrels (50% new oak).
Practicing organic viticulture, converting to biodynamic, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered and only 225 cases produced.

Leah Ferrazzani’s handmade pasta is a chef favorite and is served at top-tier L.A. restaurants like Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza, Ted Hopson’s The Bellwether, and Jackson Kalb’s Jame Enoteca.
