This wine has hints of green pear, lemon zest, dried apricot, almond skin, cheese rind, cherry blossom, and a wet glacial minerality. Medium-bodied with a persistent finish of saline minerality and citrus rind.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, and only 150 cases produced.
