Club Argaux Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Tier 1: I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time. Tier 2: I understand that if I cancel my membership it has to be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. There are no substitutions allowed for automatic wine shipment selections. Wine club benefits are not transferable. Tier 1 will be charged monthly or annually from the day of sign up. Tier 2 will be charged at the time of each quarterly shipment. Their quarterly wine shipment will begin consecutively, every 3 months from your exact sign up date. Membership changes / cancellations must be made in the member's account profile. There will be option to suspend your membership under 'manage' in your subscription tab. SHIPPING GUIDELINES Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, GLS or Local Carriers. We presently cannot ship to the following states: AL, AK, MI, MS, UT, and SD. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Shipping guidelines may change in order to comply with individual state laws. We regret we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Argaux will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines. *The free shipping benefit does not apply to bulk order shipments.
