
Ojai Citrus Salad
From the Club Argaux Spring Test Kitchen:
Ojai Citrus Salad Pair with any of the featured white wines from the Club Argaux Spring Seasonal Selections! Ingredients:
- Wild arugula
- Pixie tangerines - sliced
- Shaved fennel
- Mint - whole or chopped
- Parsley - whole or chopped
- Pickled fresno chili Sea salt and pepper
Dressing:
- olive oil, lemon juice
Step 1 Mix the arugula with olive oil and lemon juice. Step 2 Arrange the dressed bed of arugula on a platter. Top with the tangerines, fennel, mint, parsley and fresno chilis. Step 3 Drizzle platter with olive oil, flakey sea salt and fresh ground pepper. A note from Margaux: "This is the salad from my wedding that I love to make when citrus is in season!
