Most Crémant de Bourgogne comes from the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy. This one is different: 100% Pinot Noir from the hills above the Côte d'Or — the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits — the same heartland behind Burgundy's most famous reds. Crisp, lively, and full of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit, it's a sparkling rosé that drinks like Champagne at a fraction of the price.
