Produced at Mocali’s historic estate in Montalcino, Paniole is a small-production organic extra virgin olive oil made from Leccino, Frantoiano and Moraiolo olives grown among the rolling hills of southern Tuscany.
The olives are harvested by hand and cold pressed within 24 hours to preserve their freshness and character. The result is a vibrant, distinctly Tuscan olive oil with a fresh, savory profile and the gentle bitterness and peppery finish characteristic of high-quality, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil.
Use it generously over grilled vegetables, fresh bread, pastas, soups, roasted meats or simply as a finishing oil at the table.
