‘The fruit and florals in this Prosecco are indeed forward, and the Aperitivo turns an already delightful sip into an transformative one. Sipping on the spritz, if I close my eyes I can almost feel myself vacationing in the Italian countryside.’ – Tara Finley, LA Weekly
The perfect gift for → the one that loves a good apéritif!
The Aperitivo is made from organically-farmed Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes, as well as local herbs from Lake Garda, Italy. The palate has hints of rose, coriander, red currant, and gentian which gives the aperitivo its bitterness. The red color comes naturally from hibiscus and monarda flowers and red potato juice. No chemicals or artificial coloring are used. Adding a bottle of Liquore delle Sirene Aperitivo Americano Rosso to your bar cart or liquor cabinet opens up a world of cocktail possibilities. Salut!
HOW TO DRINK IT
Enjoy this on the rocks or in a Spritz, Negroni, or Paloma with your favorite tequila or mezcal.
The NV Sorro Prosecco is made from hand-picked, estate-grown fruit on the hillsides of Treviso. It is dry and refreshing with crisp flavors of Meyer lemon, white peach, and honeysuckle.
Organic farming practices, only 1,000 cases annually.
Argaux’s Spritz Tips
- Lots of ice
- Half Prosecco
- Aperitivo to taste (it all depends on how bitter you like your spritz)
- Finish it off with a splash of club soda and/or some sort of citrus for fresh-squeezed juice and to garnish around the rim – We prefer lemon!
