Tempranillo from 5 different parcels distinguished by the presence of round river stones (“cantos”) with an average vine age of 35 years. Aged for sixteen months in French oak barrels. This fresh and vibrant wine has a palate of raspberries, blackberries and plum that leads to flavors of chocolate, spice and tobacco.
Woman-winemaker, organic and the first Demeter-certified biodynamic winery in the appellation.
Tempranillo is great with most Moroccan food & spices, Manchego cheese and of course, Cochinillo asado.
