The ‘Bella Vigna’ is Martinelli’s Estate Pinot Noir. It is aged for 10 months in French oak (50% new) which gives the wine a bold, round body typical of the Martinelli style.
Certified sustainable farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered, woman-winemaker, and only 3,463 cases produced annually.
This wine comes from 20-year-old vines grown in the historical enclave of the Ginestra Grand Cru. It has an elegant, but robust body making it the perfect pairing with red meats and game. Aged for 3 years in French oak barrels.
