    2021 Graci Etna Rosato Rosé

This is one of our favorite rosés every year it lands. It is so light and crisp with just that touch of oceanic/volcanic minerality that makes us melt in our seats.

Certified organic farming practices, hand-harvested, and native yeast fermentation. Intervention of any kind is extremely limited, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Their sole objective is to reflect the personalities of their vineyards.

  • 2022 Domaine de Fontsainte ‘Gris de Gris’ Corbieres Rosé

Though part of the appeal of Fontsainte’s Gris de Gris is that it’s so drinkable on its own—with just a beach read, its adaptability to food only bolsters its charm. Try is with some salty cheese or simply some crudités.
