2021 Piro Points West North Canyon Vineyard Chardonnay
This Chardonnay comes from one of our most trusted winemakers, Marc Piro. The vineyard sits less than 20 miles from the Pacific Ocean which gives it a refreshing and crisp structure, but round fruit flavors. It’s the first Chardonnay under the Piro label and we were given exclusive access to allocate it for our club members.

2018 E. Pira Chiara Boschis Barolo ‘Via Nuova’
This wines comes from the vineyard right behind Chiara’s cantina in Barolo. It is a little more feminine than the Mosconi with perfumed rose and silky tannins. Aged for 24 months in barrel before aging an additional year in bottle.

2021 Massimago ‘Duca Fedele’ Valpolicella DOC
This lighter bodied example of Valpolicella helps us transition from the lemon butter sauces of summer, to the red sauce/creamy mushroom sauces of fall. The bright red fruit keeps it refreshing, while the savory and herbal elements give it depth. This is our gaux-to Italian red for the season.

2020 Domaine Rougeot ‘Les Grandes Gouttes’ Côte D’Or Bourgogne Blanc
We call this “Petit Puligny.” While the vineyard sits only 500 meters from the Meursault-Charmes premier cru vineyard, the wine has a lighter, racier profile and a beautiful minerality that makes it taste more reminiscent of Puligny-Montrachet than Meursault. The production level is tiny, so we are extremely excited to be able to offer this wine exclusively to our Club Argaux members.
