Am I required to create an account before ordering
Yes, we do require creating at least an email and password before processing your first order. This is to ensure we are able to reach you! Members can also track their order history to remember wines they love, save payment info for faster checkout, and receive special offers and promotions that are not posted to the site.
What if I do not like the wine I purchase or if there is something wrong with it?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Why can't I redeem my promo code?
The promo code that you are attempting to use may be expired or invalid. Check to make sure it is spelled correctly. If you still have questions, please contact email@example.com
How can I cancel my order?

Where can I find the status of my order?
Order and tracking information will be emailed directly to the email address on file. Once your package processes through the shipping carrier, you will receive an update via email. If you still have questions, please contact email@example.com
Can I ship the kits to multiple locations?
Yes! We offer a ‘multi-ship’ section on our checkout page that allows you to input information for all recipients.
Is shipping included?
If your order is over $250, shipping will be included for you. However, if you are shipping to multiple locations or if you need expedited shipping to arrive by a certain time, this will be an additional fee based on bottle count, weight and delivery date.
If I am tasting in a group, will all my recipients receive the same wine?
Yes, we will make sure of it. Please use the ‘multi-ship’ feature at checkout that indicates on our end that you need the same wines for everyone. Or, if you’re placing individual orders, you can include the original order # in the ‘notes’ section at checkout indicating you would like “all of these orders to have the same wines.”
How quickly will my package arrive?
Time in transit is dependent on your location. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information. Please be advised that due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are receiving a higher number of orders than usual. This may result in a slight delay in receiving your package. For reference:
- East coast and most Mid-west – approximately 5-7 business days via ground shipping.
- TX and IL – Approximately 2 weeks via ground shipping, these states have a holding period of approximately 5-7 business days due to state regulations on alcoholic packages.
- West coast – approximately 3-5 business days via ground shipping.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, there are always options for expedited shipping with an increased fee that will populate for you on the ‘Checkout’ page. If this option is not calculating for you, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide a quote for you.
Why are there no shipping options for my address?
NO SHIP STATES: Due to laws restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently can not ship wine to Utah, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, we cannot ship to a P.O. box at this time.
What happens if I am not home to receive the delivery?
By law, a person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will generally attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like us to re-ship the package, once returned to our warehouse, there will be a secondary shipping fee.
Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?
Most shipping services will allow for changement of address, if the package is travelling within the same state. Please contact your shipping service directly for further information.You will need to provide your tracking number (sent once the package ships) to change this.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Can you hold my order?
Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at email@example.com to coordinate your future shipment.
Do you offer cold / ice-pack shipping?
During the summer months, if temperatures are extreme, we do have the capability to ship via temperature-controlled through our shipping carriers. We will handle taking care of this automatically! If you have additional concerns about heat or frost damage, but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. What are you holiday shipping deadlines?
We cannot guarantee Ground shipments ordered after December 12th to be delivered before Christmas. States closer to CA will likely still receive orders placed up to the 16-19th before Christmas Day, though this is not guaranteed. Please refer to the above question on package arrival for estimated times during the standard season. Generally, during the holidays shipping carriers estimate an added 1-2 weeks delay on packages depending on your location. Online orders placed on December 23rd-26th will be shipped on the 27th.
Am I able to change my credit card information?
Yes, absolutely. You can change your credit card information directly from your Argaux account. Please head to the website and click to login. Once logged in, head to ‘Your Account’ and then the ‘Payments’ section.
Can I return an order that I received as a gift?
Yes, under certain circumstances we are happy to accommodate. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a return for a gift that you did not order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If a refund is eligible, they will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
How is sales tax calculated?
Argaux is legally obligated to collect sales tax on all orders, based on the origin in which the order was placed. Online orders will be charged sales tax based on the state tax stipulations of the shipping address used for the order. Orders placed for in-store pickup will be charged California sales tax.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
Currently, Argaux only offers digital gift cards. This saves on material and processing costs/waste. We will handle emailing the digital card to your recipient! If you’d prefer to deliver the gift card yourself, you can always have it emailed directly to you and then print it off.

Why am I asked for a shipping address at checkout?
This is to process your order. Even though no physical delivery is made, we still gather this information.
When will my digital gift card be sent?
Gift card emails will be sent within 48 hours unless otherwise specified.
How do I or my recipient use an Argaux gift card?
The person receiving the gift card will receive their personal gift card code in their email. Once you reach checkout, enter the gift card code in the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” field and then click “Apply.”
Does the gift card cover shipping costs?
When your recipient shops on the website they can use available funds to cover purchases as well as shipping costs.
Do Argaux gift cards expire?
They do not!
How do you select your wines?
Our wines are carefully selected from small, passionate winemakers, all over the world with a focus on responsible farming and minimal intervention wines. Each wine has been taste-tested and personally vetted by our team. We think they’re worth getting to know!
