Can I ship the kits to multiple locations?

Yes! We offer a ‘multi-ship’ section on our checkout page that allows you to input information for all recipients.

If your order is over $250, shipping will be included for you. However, if you are shipping to multiple locations or if you need expedited shipping to arrive by a certain time, this will be an additional fee based on bottle count, weight and delivery date.

Or, if you’re placing individual orders, you can include the original order # in the ‘notes’ section at checkout indicating you would like “all of these orders to have the same wines.”

Time in transit is dependent on your location. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information. Please be advised that due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are receiving a higher number of orders than usual. This may result in a slight delay in receiving your package. For reference: 

  1. East coast and most Mid-west – approximately 5-7 business days via ground shipping.
  2. TX and IL – Approximately 2 weeks via ground shipping, these states have a holding period of approximately 5-7 business days due to state regulations on alcoholic packages.
  3. West coast – approximately 3-5 business days via ground shipping.

NO SHIP STATES: Due to laws restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently can not ship wine to Utah, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.

By law, a person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will generally attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like us to re-ship the package, once returned to our warehouse, there will be a secondary shipping fee.

Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at to coordinate your future shipment.

During the summer months, if temperatures are extreme, we do have the capability to ship via temperature-controlled through our shipping carriers. We will handle taking care of this automatically! If you have additional concerns about heat or frost damage, but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. We cannot guarantee Ground shipments ordered after December 12th to be delivered before Christmas. States closer to CA will likely still receive orders placed up to the 16-19th before Christmas Day, though this is not guaranteed. Please refer to the above question on package arrival for estimated times during the standard season. Generally, during the holidays shipping carriers estimate an added 1-2 weeks delay on packages depending on your location. Am I able to change my credit card information?

Yes, absolutely. You can change your credit card information directly from your Argaux account. Please head to the website and click to login. Once logged in, head to ‘Your Account’ and then the ‘Payments’ section.

If a refund is eligible, they will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Argaux is legally obligated to collect sales tax on all orders, based on the origin in which the order was placed. Online orders will be charged sales tax based on the state tax stipulations of the shipping address used for the order. Orders placed for in-store pickup will be charged California sales tax.


Do you offer physical gift cards?

 Currently, Argaux only offers digital gift cards. This saves on material and processing costs/waste. We will handle emailing the digital card to your recipient! If you’d prefer to deliver the gift card yourself, you can always have it emailed directly to you and then print it off.
