This Brut Tradition Grand Cru is the heart and soul of what the Delavenne’s do. Jean-Christophe describes this wine as the “embodiment of the Delavenne house tradition,” and we couldn’t think of a better bottle to elevate any dinner party, weeknight happy hour, or gathering amongst close friends.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, and less than 2,000 cases produced annually.
Contrary to the very high prices found in Hermitage, Cornas, and Côte-Rôtie, wines from Crozes-Hermitage tend to fall at much more affordable price points—and are just as textured, complex, and delicious! Organic and biodynamic farming practices, destemmed, and raised in a combination of 225 and 500-liter French oak barrels (very small amount of new oak used)
This Tempranillo-dominant wine is made with a touch of Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo, Viura, and Malvasía Riojana. It’s produced from 50+ year old bush vines and is aged for 12 months in neutral barrel. This is a very elegant example of a high quality Rioja! Sustainable farming practices and only 21,200 bottles produced.
Winemaker Diego Magaña has been quoted saying that “this is probably my favorite of all the vintages I’ve made in Rioja so far.” We’d jump on it!
Magnums = double the size, double the fun.
This Chardonnay is lean, mean, and completely jumps out of the glass. Medium bodied and refreshing, the wine’s 12 months of aging in oak barrels (24% new) adds the perfect amount of body weight to this well-balanced bottle.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered and only 600 cases produced.
