This Cab is grown on a west-facing slope, above the fog line, on the northern ridge of the Atlas Peak AVA. The palate is dense and complex, marked by a long and polished finish. All we can say is, there’s a reason this graces the wine list at the French Laundry.
Organic farming practices, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and only 1,000 cases produced.
Burgundy is in his blood. Pierre grew up in the vines and helping his father in the cellar learning the meticulous craft of making world-class Chardonnay. This wine is made from 35+ year old Meursault vines with 20% coming from Volnay. It’s precise, it’s complex and it’s just down-right delicious.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and native yeast fermentation.
This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and less than 2,000 cases made.
This wine comes from 20-year-old vines grown in the historical enclave of the Ginestra Grand Cru. It has an elegant, but robust body making it the perfect pairing with red meats and game. Aged for 3 years in French oak barrels.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, and only 1,666 cases produced.
