Magnums = double the size, double the fun.
This Chardonnay is lean, mean, and completely jumps out of the glass. Medium bodied and refreshing, the wine’s 12 months of aging in oak barrels (24% new) adds the perfect amount of body weight to this well-balanced bottle.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered and only 600 cases produced.
This is a crisp, bright bistro wine and textbook Cabernet Franc. The price might say “entry-level” but the concentration and complexity suggests otherwise. Serve with a slight chill on it and enjoy with anything off the BBQ.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, minimal sulfur addition, and only 1,000 cases produced.
This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and less than 2,000 cases made.
Marc Colin is one of the G.O.A.Ts and this wine comes from ‘Les Encegnieres’ vineyard. There are two “Les Encégnières/Les Enceignières” parcels- one in Chassagne-Montrachet that lies directly underneath Grand Cru Bâtard, and one in Puligny-Montrachet that lies directly beneath Grand Cru Bienvenue-Bâtard. That is as close as you are going to get for hundreds of dollars less.
