This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and less than 2,000 cases made.
This Burgundy is really fine and bright. The grapes come from Meursault, Auxey-Duresse and Puligny-Montrachet. The flavor intensity is subtle and the use of oak is on point. It’s a well-balanced wine that doesn’t lean too heavy in any direction. I recently enjoyed this with pistachio crusted salmon and couscous. It was an excellent pairing!
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and aged in 350 litre neutral French oak barrels for 18 months.
Burgundy is in his blood. Pierre grew up in the vines and helping his father in the cellar learning the meticulous craft of making world-class Chardonnay. This wine is made from 35+ year old Meursault vines with 20% coming from Volnay. It’s precise, it’s complex and it’s just down-right delicious.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and native yeast fermentation.
