This is an incredible grower Champagne from Pascal and Catherine Mazet. 60% of this wine is from the 2014 vintage as they age their wines for a minimum 5 years before release. It has depth, complexity and elegance – I am as completely smitten with this bottle of bottles.
Certified organic farming practices with a focus on soil biodiversity, native yeast fermentation, maturation in oak barrels and sur lie aging for 7 years.
This is a classic Provence rosé. It’s an absolute gem of a wine that makes you feel like you’re in the French Riviera. It’s light on the palate and the perfect start to an evening. Enjoy at happy hour with some cheese and crackers or a light meal of fish and leafy greens.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and family-owned.
This is one of the most exciting hidden gems we have found all year. Benjamin Leroux’s Aligoté is sourced from old vines in the prestigious regions of Meursault and Bouzeron and the wine showcases the best of what this grape has to offer. Five stars. Enjoy with citrus and herb driven dishes.
Certified organic & biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtering and aged for 12 months in used oak.
This is a seriously good bottle of Pinot Noir. It’s giving Grand Cru-level quality for village level prices. It has layered fruit, earthy minerality and one of the silkiest, refined palates I’ve ever had. Wow this wine is good.
Certified organic farming practices (Ecocert), hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, vegan and unfined/unfiltered.
