This Brut Tradition Grand Cru is the heart and soul of what the Delavenne’s do. Jean-Christophe describes this wine as the “embodiment of the Delavenne house tradition,” and we couldn’t think of a better bottle to elevate any dinner party, weeknight happy hour, or gathering amongst close friends.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, and less than 2,000 cases produced annually.
Magnums = double the size, double the fun.
This Chardonnay is lean, mean, and completely jumps out of the glass. Medium bodied and refreshing, the wine’s 12 months of aging in oak barrels (24% new) adds the perfect amount of body weight to this well-balanced bottle.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered and only 600 cases produced.
This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).
Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.
This is the quintessential Provence rosé. It’s perfect for sipping on any time of the day, with or without food, and embodies the endless summer we all are looking for in a glass of rosé.
Organic and sustainable farming practices, woman-winemaker, and only 8,000 cases produced.
