This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Organic and biodynamic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and less than 2,000 cases made.
Alvarinho, also known as Albariño in the neighboring Galicia region of Spain, is known for being a light and refreshing coastal sipper. Paired with tapas in Spain and Portugal, enjoy this wine with seafood, salads, and veggie forward dishes.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, and woman-winemaker.
This Burgundy is really fine and bright. The grapes come from Meursault, Auxey-Duresse and Puligny-Montrachet. The flavor intensity is subtle and the use of oak is on point. It’s a well-balanced wine that doesn’t lean too heavy in any direction. I recently enjoyed this with pistachio crusted salmon and couscous. It was an excellent pairing!
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and aged in 350 litre neutral French oak barrels for 18 months.
Notes of fresh lemon, ripe pear and fresh flowers, rounded out with hints of apricot, cream and baking spice. Full bodied with crisp acidity and found finish.
Try serving the wine with seared salmon with crispy skin, a whole smoker roasted chicken or pumpkin ravioli.
