This Burgundy is really fine and bright. The grapes come from Meursault, Auxey-Duresse and Puligny-Montrachet. The flavor intensity is subtle and the use of oak is on point. It’s a well-balanced wine that doesn’t lean too heavy in any direction. I recently enjoyed this with pistachio crusted salmon and couscous. It was an excellent pairing!
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and aged in 350 litre neutral French oak barrels for 18 months.
It’s Sancerre – need we say more? Sancerre is the king of all Sauvignon Blanc. It’s consistent, classic and never disappoints. Cherrier Frères Sancerre delivers exactly what you want: a lively, zesty, crisp and delicious white wine.
Organic farming practices and native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Whether new to Gruner Veltliner or a longtime fan of the grape, this exquisite expression from Hirsch promises to please. Hailing from Austria’s famed Kamptal region, fruit for this wine is grown in calcareous and loamy soils, which is responsible for the structured, mineral-driven backbone of the wine (AKA, what we love about it so much!) This our go-to with sushi. It also pairs well with Thai food or anything with a little spice.
Organic and biodynamically-farmed vineyards, family-owned estate, slow fermented with native yeasts, and vinified entirely in steel.
