Named for the Catalan word for shell, this tasty Cava comes from estate-grown fruit in the heart of Spain’s Penedès region, located due west of Barcelona. The wines are bright, tasty, and loaded with personality. In a sea of subpar sparkling wines, we can’t recommend these well-crafted bubbles enough!
