Weingut Griesbauerhof
Griesbauerhof is located on the hills of St. Magdalena and St. Justina in Alto Adige. Alto Adige is a small Alpine region on the border of Italy and Austria. The ancestral farm has been in the Mumelter Family since 1785 and today the family runs the estate together, with everyone doing their part. Georg has passed down the winemaking to his son, Lukas, and now he spends his time tending to their apple orchards. In 2019, Georg’s eldest son, Michael opened up Osteria Freiraum Mumi. It’s a wine bar operates on their patio from late April/May until harvest. He makes homemade focaccia and showcases the Griesbauerhof wines for his patrons.

Ottomani Winery
Ottomani was started in 2006 by four friends who met studying oenology at the University of Florence. Post graduation and various jobs later, they found a dream farm for sale in Chianti Colli Fiorentini D.O.C.G. Today the four friends live and work together on the 100% self-sustaining farm. The farm is solar powered, has a water well, various livestock, an abundant vegetable & herb garden, and a vineyard and olive tree orchard.
2018 Ottomani Chianti Superiore DOCG
This Sangiovese is from Greve, an area in Chianti known for its exceptional quality of the red wines. This wine is powerful, herbal, and finishes notes of balsamic and oregano that have you craving pasta in no time!
2020 Ottomani Tuscan Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
This olive oil is from Impruneta & Greve in Chianti, an area just 9 miles south of Florence and traditionally known as the best region for Tuscan olive oil production. It is a blend of 40% Moraiolo, 40% Frantoio, 15% Leccino, 5% Coreggiolo; all native Tuscan varieties. The olives are hand-harvested in small baskets and pressed off within 12 hours of being picked.

Ciao Pappy Marinara alla Pappy Sauce
In 2021, Francesca Pittaluga and her husband Matthew started Ciao Pappy with the vision to be a staple in your pantry and play a small role in creating lifetime memories. Francesca’s father (Pappy) is Italian and growing up Italian-American meant that good food and a lively dinner table was the heartbeat of their family. When it came to cooking, Pappy always said that a well tasting Italian meal only needs a few, fresh, quality ingredients. His kitchen rules inspired their products to be made with local, fresh, and quality ingredients.
