Domaine Santa Duc has been one of the top producers in the region for years, and this wine is a great example of why. If you’re a points person, it received 93-95 points across the board.
Ecocert-certified organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic, hand-harvested, unfined/unfltered and aged for 18 months in Stockinger foudres (the Rolls-Royce of oak).

Blueberry, black cherry and rich red fruit dominate the nose with subtle notes of rose petal, baking spices and clove beautifully woven together giving the wine layer upon layer of complexity. The bright fruit leads to a rich and full mid-palate, ripe tannins, ample acidity and a lengthy finish.
Whole cluster. Raised 22 months on the lees in French oak barrels, 30% new oak. Unfined and Unfiltered. 150 cases produced.
