  • 2021 Domaine Santa Duc Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Les Saintes Vierges’

This single-vineyard wine comes from 70-year-old vines, co-planted by the legendary 6th-generation winemaker, Yves Gras. Domaine Santa Duc has been one of the top producers in the region for years, and this wine is a great example of why. If you’re a points person, it received 93-95 points across the board.

Ecocert-certified organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic, hand-harvested, unfined/unfltered and aged for 18 months in Stockinger foudres (the Rolls-Royce of oak).

  • 2016 Baron de Brane Margaux Bordeaux MAGNUM

This wine is Brane-Cantenac’s (2nd growth Margaux) second label. It’s an awesome deal for 2016 Bordeaux from Henri Lurton. 2016 was a legendary vintage – some call it the vintage of the century. Don’t sleep on this!

Sustainable farming practices, fermented in stainless steel + concrete vats and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (20% new oak).

NV Pascal Mazet Champagne ‘Unique’ Brut Premier Cru

This is an incredible grower Champagne from Pascal and Catherine Mazet. 60% of this wine is from the 2014 vintage as they age their wines for a minimum 5 years before release. It has depth, complexity and elegance – I am as completely smitten with this bottle of bottles.

Certified organic farming practices with a focus on soil biodiversity, native yeast fermentation, maturation in oak barrels and sur lie aging for 7 years.

  • 2021 Walson Holland Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

The 2021 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is a wine of elegance and nuance. Blueberry, black cherry and rich red fruit dominate the nose with subtle notes of rose petal, baking spices and clove beautifully woven together giving the wine layer upon layer of complexity. The bright fruit leads to a rich and full mid-palate, ripe tannins, ample acidity and a lengthy finish.

Whole cluster. Raised 22 months on the lees in French oak barrels, 30% new oak. Unfined and Unfiltered. 150 cases produced.
