Alsace Pinot Noir has elegance, complexity, and an undeniable allure. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or a curious newcomer, there’s always something exciting about these wines. Hand-harvested and carefully vinified using traditional Burgundian techniques, this wine captures the essence of the region’s terroir. Suggestion: Decant for 1 hour before enjoying
Certified organic & biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and less than 150 cases produced.
This rustic Pinot Noir hails from a premier cru climat just west of Gevrey-Chambertin. The palate is medium-bodied with rich and concentrated flavors, nice acidity, and integrated tannins. Aged for 19 months in barrel (50% new oak).
Like all of Burguet’s wines, this bottle is produced from organic (converting to biodynamic) fruit, native yeasts, and is bottled unfined / unfiltered. Only 50 cases produced.
It’s rare that you come across an up-and-coming producer from a region as historic and notable as Piedmonte. Nevertheless, it does happen, and when it does it FIRES US UP. This wine is medium-bodied with light, soft tannins so it pairs well with just about any Italian dish. There’s a reason why this is what the locals drink.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested and only 600 cases produced!
This Tempranillo-dominant wine is made with a touch of Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo, Viura, and Malvasía Riojana. It’s produced from 50+ year old bush vines and is aged for 12 months in neutral barrel. This is a very elegant example of a high quality Rioja! Sustainable farming practices and only 21,200 bottles produced.
Winemaker Diego Magaña has been quoted saying that “this is probably my favorite of all the vintages I’ve made in Rioja so far.” We’d jump on it!
