This is straight up the best bottle of Pinot Blanc I’ve had. The “S-class” indicates that the wine was made from the highest quality grapes, from the families best vineyard sites.
Organic farming practices, (Fair’n Green certified), hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and aged for 8 months on the lees in new barrels made from German oak.
