The 2023 Domaine Daniel Crochet Sancerre marks the estate’s first organic-certified vintage, showcasing both purity and precision. This warm yet balanced vintage produced a wine with vibrant energy with lime zest, white peach, and elderflower lifting from the glass, grounded by notes of crushed oyster shell and fresh herbs.
On the palate, its lively acidity and steely minerality are beautifully complemented by a supple, creamy texture from extended lees aging. The finish is crisp and saline, leaving a lasting impression of freshness and finesse. Drink now through 2028.
Certified Organic agriculture, hand-harvested grapes, fermentation in stainless steel vats, aged on the fine lees for 6-8 months.

Gilgal Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from northern Golan Heights, Israel’s coolest winegrowing area with a strong reputation for quality Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the exceptional Mediterranean climate and growing conditions of the Galilee.
This crisp, medium-bodied wine exhibits pleasing fruit notes of guava and kiwi, along with lovely characters of lemon zest, mineral and citrus blossom. Ready to enjoy upon release, this Sauvignon Blanc is easygoing, an approachable white that is sure to please everyone.

Margaux has been looking for this wine since 2019 when she first discovered it at Chez Panisse. The old vine cuvée sang alongside roasted duck, green olives and celery root remoulade.
Thankfully the wine is still brilliant — On the palate it’s medium-bodied, vibrant and complex, with a beautiful core of fruit and smooth texture. This is one of the most exciting allocations of the year!

This Chardonnay comes from one of our most trusted winemakers, Marc Piro. The vineyard sits less than 20 miles from the Pacific Ocean which gives it a refreshing and crisp structure, but round fruit flavors. It’s the first Chardonnay under the Piro label and we were given exclusive access to allocate it for our club members.
