2022 Peay Vineyards Sonoma Coast Estate Chardonnay
Vanessa Wong learned how to make superior Chardonnay as winemaker at Peter Michael Winery. Peay Vineyards is located in the “true” Sonoma Coast, 4 miles from the chilly Pacific Ocean. A consistent afternoon ocean wind allows them to produce a Chardonnay of elegance, intensity and focus.
Certified organic farming practices, woman-winemaker

2022 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay
Not much needs to be said here. PYCM is considered one of Burgundy’s best producers and we feel lucky to get a small allocation of this every year.
This wine derives from four parcels—in the communes Meursault, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It’s aged in 350L barrels (10% new) for 14 months + 3 months in stainless steel.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.

2018 Flâneur ‘La Belle Promenade’ Chardonnay MAGNUM
Magnums = double the size, double the fun.
This Chardonnay is lean, mean, and completely jumps out of the glass. Medium bodied and refreshing, the wine’s 12 months of aging in oak barrels (24% new) adds the perfect amount of body weight to this well-balanced bottle.
Organic farming practices, native yeast fermentation, unfined/unfiltered and only 600 cases produced.

This Chardonnay comes from vines located on a very steep, limestone-clay hillside in one of the coldest spots in Burgundy. The palate is vibrant and persistent, a bottle for a white burgundy fanatic.
Sustainable farming practices, native yeast fermentation, aged in 350L barrels (10% new) for 14 months + 3 months in stainless steel, unfined/unfiltered
