Located in the heart of the Crozes Hermitage appellation, the Les Bruyères estate extends over more than 27 hectares of vines. There, in a soil made up of clay-limestone terraces, planted in land drained by the pebbles typical of the terroir, the Syrah is celebrated with multiple attentions and will give birth to the AOP Crozes Hermitage wine. Other grape varieties are also cultivated on the vineyard, such as Persan and Merlot for red wines, Marsanne, Roussanne, Mondeuse blanche and Viognier for white varietal wines, and finally Grenache for rosé.

David Reynaud is passionate and, even if he can talk for hours about his work and his wines, he presents himself first as a discreet man. Happy in the middle of the vines, focused in the vat room at blending time, in love with a job well done… But this nature lover is also a true epicurean who responds with joy to the call of a good table or a good vintage!

It is this alchemy between nature and flavors that David wishes to celebrate in his vintages, it is for this harmony that he is committed to organic farming and biodynamics, and it is undoubtedly a vocation to want to share his know-how. For the pleasure of all!
