  • From the tiny Savoie region near Lake Geneva, production is barely enough to meet the demands of the winter skiers making bottles like this especially rare to come by. This refreshing white is beautifully expressive of its mountain terroir and pairs well with goat cheese, lemon herb chicken or fresh fish.

Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, stainless steel fermentation and 2 months of élevage.

  • The 2024 Bodegas Albamar Rías Baixas Albariño is the flagship white from winemaker Xurxo Alba, crafted from 100% Albariño grapes sourced from various parcels in the Salnés Valley, primarily grown on granitic and sandy soils. This vintage is defined by its exceptional balance and precise, “laser-like” acidity with intense maritime character.

The wine is absolutely electric on the palate with a slightly creamy texture from five to six months spent on the fine lees. It features a dry, chalky finish with a distinct salty sensation. Our mouths are watering already…

Hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts and fermented primarily in stainless steel, malolactic conversion is blocked, approximately 30–40% aged in neutral oak foudre.

    Team Argaux Favorite

This is such a good wine! It’s Garnacha from Navarra and it strikes a perfect balance between vibrant fruit and rustic minerality. Approachable yet quietly compelling, it’s a go-to when you want to bring something a bit more interesting to the table without taking a risk. The wine pairs just as well with grilled meats or hearty fish as it does with a spread of tapas. Let the wine breathe for 30 min to an hour before enjoying.

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested 30-year old-vines, aged for 12 months in barrel and another year in bottle before release Only 1,230 cases produced.

  • The 2023 Jean-Paul Dubost Brouilly Vieilles Vignes is a classic Beaujolais red made from Gamay vines aged between 50 and over 100 years. It is known for its intense mineral profile, featuring notes of graphite and iron alongside vibrant red fruit like cherry, raspberry, and plum. Expect a “savory” character with floral aromas of flowers like violet and peony, balanced by bright acidity and powdery tannins.

Dubost uses low-intervention methods, including whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration and natural fermentation with minimal sulfur added only at bottling.

  • This is a contemplative and textural white from Raúl Pérez with a distinctly Burgundian feel – layered, mineral, and quietly powerful. This is one of those rare whites that can handle butter, cream, and richer textures. If you’d pair it with white Burgundy, you can pair it with this.

Organic farming practices, 20-50 year-old vines, native yeast fermentation and aged for about a year in neutral oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

  • Drinks like Prosecco – bright, bubbly, and refreshing – just without the alcohol. Crafted in Italy with an emphasis on balance and finesse, this bottle is made for those who appreciate Italian elegance and craftsmanship while choosing not to drink. It’s all about conviviality, inclusivity, and making every gathering feel celebratory.

Enjoy it chilled on its own, mixed with a zero-proof bitter aperitif for a vibrant N/A spritz, or used as the sparkling base for an elevated mocktail.

  • Cahors is the sneakily sophisticated but humbler country cousin of Bordeaux. It’s the ancestral home of Malbec and it captures everything that makes this estate beloved by sommeliers, importers, and everyday drinkers alike: depth without heaviness, structure without austerity, and earthy charm wrapped in juicy fruit. This is one of our favorite party picks.

Organic farming practices and aged for a year in French oak barrels.
