  • 2021 Domaine Pinson Frères Chablis ‘Les Clos’ Grand Cru

For those who love Chablis, you know that ‘Les Clos’ is the emblematic, top Grand Cru of Chablis. The 50+ year old vines sit on a steep slope and enjoy the perfect sun exposure which provides ideal ripening conditions. 2021 for Chablis is adamantly old-school in its tension and inscrutably mineral depths. If you had to describe the vintage in one word it would be ‘aristocratic.’

Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation in 80% stainless steel tanks, 20% new oak and aged in 3-4 year old barrels.

  • 2020 Chateau du Cèdre Cahors Malbec

When you see Malbec, you probably think Argentina. However, the Malbec grape is actually native to Cahors and the French expression of this grape is deep, earthy and structured.
