This is a quintessential Sancerre from a 4th generation family-run estate. Crafted by Jean-Luc Millet alongside his son Maxence, the wine reflects a deep respect for their vineyards and the classic, mineral-driven style that has made Sancerre so beloved.
This is perfect to serve as guests arrive with aperitifs like oysters or goat cheese crostinis. On the dinner table it sings alongside grilled fish or shrimp, sushi, lemon-dressed salads, or a classic roast chicken with herbs.
