This wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah from 60+ year old vines. The nose is fruit-forward with subtle floral notes, while the wine’s body is full, supple, and peppery. Produced using organic farming practices and hand-harvested fruit. Only 208 cases made.

This wine in the Breton book is a pure old-vine Grolleau from soils of clay and silex. Expect hints of pepper, tomato leaf, earth, and an explosion of juicy red fruit like raspberry and cherry, plus other little berries that burst under the tooth with brightly flavored nectar. Service with slight chill.
This Cab is grown on a west-facing slope, above the fog line, on the northern ridge of the Atlas Peak AVA. The palate is dense and complex, marked by a long and polished finish. All we can say is, there’s a reason this graces the wine list at the French Laundry.
