Our 2024 Pinot Noir was expertly crafted in partnership with the legendary Ernst Storm. This wine embodies the bright, fresh fruit of Santa Barbara with the refined elegance of Burgundy. It’s the beautiful result of a collab between winemaker x sommelier for a Pinot we couldn’t find.
Sustainable farming practices, no herbicides/pesticides, 15% whole cluster, 10 months in neutral oak barrels, soft extraction and only 112 cases produced.
2022 François Carillon Bourgogne Aligoté
The Carillon Domaine treats their Aligoté like their premier crus. This wine has deep golden yellow, intense color with a nose that shows off the wine’s subtle and masterful aging regimen.
