2023 Scribe Carneros Pinot Noir
Scribe, a pioneer of terroir-driven winemaking in Sonoma, makes one of our all-time favorite Pinots. Invite a few close friends over for an intimate dinner, light some candles, play some jazz and serve wild mushroom risotto topped with fish, chicken or as is! This Pinot will go with it all.
Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation (30% whole cluster), and aged 7 months in neutral oak with minimal intervention.
2024 Chateau Saint Pierre IGP Méditerranée Tradition Rosé
This light rosé captures the essence of Provence with its delicate balance of fruit, floral notes, and refreshing minerality. It’s the kind of wine that fits in just as easily at a poolside lunch as it does with grilled seafood, summer salads, or a sunset aperitif. Bonus: it delivers Provence-like quality at a far friendlier price point.
Chill it. Pour it. Love it.
Certified with High Environmental Value (HVE3), emphasizing eco-friendly viticulture (practicing organic), hand-harvested and family-owned.
2024 Château Ducasse Graves Blanc (half-bottle)
This classic Graves Blanc blend enchants with an aromatic tapestry of citrus, peach, melon woven through with honeysuckle and fresh herbs. The Sémillon lends a rich, waxy texture to the palate, while the Sauvignon Blanc provides a fantastic zippy acidity for a clean, refreshing finish. There is a vivid saline energy that meets a flinty minerality reminiscent of this historical area.
45+ year old vines, Haute Valeur Environnementale Certified, vinification and aging in stainless steel, less than 9,000 cases produced.
2020 Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Pfalz Rouge
This bottle from one of Germany’s oldest wineries, is a perfect Tuesday night wine for someone wanting to try something fun and off-the-beaten-path. Think Pinot Noir with an earthy, Syrah-like punch. Have fun with this one and pair it with dishes like assorted charcuterie or eggplant Parmigiana.
Bürklin-Wolf was the first German winery to be certified biodynamic by Biodyvin (certifier for Leflaive, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, and 175 of the top growers across the EU). The grapes are all estate-grown fruit, hand-harvested, fermented with natives yeasts and aged for 1 year in used oak barrels.
