This is an incredibly pleasant and interesting wine with hints of citrus & stone fruit, sweet smoke and hazelnut. The depth of flavor continues for an impressively long finish that never stops developing. Drink now or lay down for another 5-10 years. This wine has the structure to age, but is drinking beautifully now as well.
This wine would be wonderful with a buttery, lobster linguine topped with lemon and fresh herbs.
This light-bodied wine has a stunning nose characterized by warm baking spices, crushed raspberry, and lavender. The palate is just as delicious as it sounds with bright, fresh and perfumed fruit and fine, delicate tannins. If we were you, we’d snag a bottle for your next dinner party!
Pinot Meunier is generally best known for its backup role in Champagne – varietal red bottlings of this grape, especially outside of France, are quite unique!
This Cab is grown on a west-facing slope, above the fog line, on the northern ridge of the Atlas Peak AVA. The palate is dense and complex, marked by a long and polished finish. All we can say is, there’s a reason this graces the wine list at the French Laundry.
Organic farming practices, unfined/unfiltered, vegan-friendly, and only 1,000 cases produced.
