Compared to her husband’s (PYCM), Caroline’s wines show more restraint and delicacy. They don’t shout—they have lifted aromatics, finely etched fruit, and a quiet, feminine finesse that unfolds gracefully over time. Highly allocated, only 2 bottles available.
Sustainable farming practices, hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, aged in 350-liter barrels and maturing the wines without lees stirring to preserve the wine’s purity.
