Bandol rosé is in a class of its own. It is said to be the most food-friendly rosé in the world which is why it is praised by chefs like Alice Waters. It is beautifully light in color but has depth and structure from the Mourvèdre.

Pair this with actual food (think: grilled lamb, bouillabaisse, Niçoise salad, Provençal vegetables) and not just snacks by the pool. It will not disappoint!

Certified organic farming practices, with some biodynamic practices- no use of pesticides or herbicides. They follow the lunar calendar, plow by horse and hand-harvest, fermented cold in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
