This wine is produced from 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah cultivated on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail mountains just above the village of Gigondas in the Southern Rhône Valley. Organic farming practices, hand-harvested, and only 208 cases produced. This is one of Margaux’s (co-founder) favorite producers.
Grenache and Syrah (along with Mourvèdre) are generally the main grape varieties found in southern Rhône Valley red blends.
This wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah from 60+ year old vines. The nose is fruit-forward with subtle floral notes, while the wine’s body is full, supple, and peppery. Produced using organic farming practices and hand-harvested fruit. Only 208 cases made.
Old vines tend to yield smaller amounts of high-quality, concentrated fruit.
This Grand Cru Champagne is very complex, deep, and strikes the perfect balance between ripe fruit and toasty, buttered brioche flavors. It is autolytic and well developed with a long, mineral-driven finish. Produced using organic and biodynamic farming practices and native yeast fermentation. Less than 2,000 cases made.
Produced from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grown in the Montagne de Reims. This terroir consists of sun-soaked chalk soils and hillsides, bordered by forest and caressed by cool evening winds providing natural thermal regulation.
A fantastic lieu-dit with 35+ year old vines and 250+ meters of altitude that borders the premier cru vineyard, ‘Goutte d’Or. It has hints of baked apple, lemon skin, apricot, hazelnuts and crushed stone minerality. Razor-sharp clarity, seamless flow and finesse on the finish. A truly exceptional wine!
