Cava is made in the exact same way as Champagne, but it comes from Spain’s sun-drenched Penedès region on the Mediterranean. It’s crisp, food-friendly and endlessly drinkable, it’s the perfect match for seafood paella, jamón ibérico, or a simple plate of tapas shared among friends.

Organic farming practices, aged for 12 months on lees, family-owned and made by the De Andrés sisters, Ruth and Ana.
